🏫 What is CodeSaudi?
Saudi Arabia faces a growing shortage of tech talent, yet most coding education available to kids today is overcrowded, generic, or built by foreign companies with no real connection to our culture or language. Parents are left guessing about their child's actual progress, and kids rarely find a reason to fall in love with technology before it starts feeling like a chore.
Our Solution 🚀
CodeSaudi builds a complete education ecosystem around every child in Saudi Arabia. We run small-group live coaching sessions, never more than 5 students, covering programming, game development, web development, robotics, and entrepreneurship.
CodeSaudi Platform 💻
Our platform gives kids unlimited hands-on coding exercises while keeping parents genuinely in the loop. Every week, coaches send human-written progress reports tracking real skills like confidence, creativity, and communication.
Our Curriculum 📚
We publish our own bilingual textbooks covering programming fundamentals, game development, web development, and entrepreneurship. All aligned with CSTA and ISTE international standards, and written with the Saudi learner in mind.
OPEN ROLE 01
🎯 Coach
This is not a teaching gig. This is a dedicated coaching role.
Weekly commitment: At least 14 hours
This includes: live coaching sessions, student office hours, and writing detailed weekly parent reports. This role requires real focus and dedication to your students, not just delivering a session and leaving.
Most important: We hire for energy and empathy first. A coach who makes kids feel seen and capable is more valuable than one with a perfect CV.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development, data, or a related technical field, or a PhD in Computer Science
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
What You'll Do
You will build a genuine relationship with each child and their family. You are not just delivering a session and leaving. You are a dedicated coach shaping how a child sees themselves in relation to technology.
Live coaching sessions
Small-group (3–5 students) and 1:1 sessions where you adapt your style to each learner
Office hours
Dedicated time for students to ask questions and get extra help outside sessions
Weekly parent reports
Human-written reports tracking real skills (confidence, creativity, and communication) not just lessons completed
What We're Looking For
- High emotional intelligence: you know how to motivate a frustrated 10-year-old and keep an advanced 15-year-old challenged
- The ability to explain complex concepts simply without dumbing them down
- Prior experience teaching or mentoring children or teenagers
- A creative and research-driven mindset. You constantly explore new ways to teach
- Strong hands-on skills in programming with Python, game development, or web development

OPEN ROLE 02
🧭 Program Manager
The role that holds the whole experience together, from a parent's first call to the last note on a coach's session.
The mission: Manage the end to end experience between our customers (parents and students) and our staff (mainly coaches), to deliver a seamless experience, consistent quality, and real attention to detail.
What You Own
Projects and deadlines
You run the weekly and monthly plans, and remove blockers before they ever reach a student or a coach
Onboarding new families
From the waitlist to the first session, you place every child in the right track and the right batch
Conversations with parents
You listen with empathy, understand what is actually on their mind, and respond clearly and on time
Escalations and recovery
An unhappy parent, or a coach who is not the right fit for a particular child. You are the one who contains it and rebuilds the trust
Your Weekly Rhythm
Coach meeting and KPIs
A weekly meeting with the coaches that you leave with clear action points, followed up until we hit our monthly targets for retention, attendance, and parent satisfaction
Session observation and feedback
You sit in on coaching sessions and gather notes, give coaches clear developmental feedback, and run retrospectives on how we improve our coaching practice
Weekly report quality
You review the weekly parent reports before they go out. They are the clearest view a family gets of our work, and nothing leaves below our bar
Keeping parents in the loop
You make sure every parent is always informed and up to date, and aware of everything we offer
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing projects and deadlines, and removing blockers
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and a genuine ability to listen to parents with empathy
- Discipline in follow-through. Not one action point falls through the cracks
- Attention to detail, and a commitment to consistent quality in every family's experience
- Comfort working with numbers: retention, attendance, session completion, and parent satisfaction, and turning them into weekly decisions
- Steadiness in hard conversations. You can absorb a frustrated parent and come out with a resolution that reassures them
- Prior experience in education or ed-tech is a plus
