Saudi Arabia faces a growing shortage of tech talent, yet most coding education available to kids today is overcrowded, generic, or built by foreign companies with no real connection to our culture or language. Parents are left guessing about their child's actual progress, and kids rarely find a reason to fall in love with technology before it starts feeling like a chore.
Our Solution 🚀
CodeSaudi builds a complete education ecosystem around every child in Saudi Arabia. We run small-group live coaching sessions, never more than 5 students, covering programming, game development, web development, robotics, and entrepreneurship.
CodeSohail 💻
Our platform gives kids unlimited hands-on coding exercises while keeping parents genuinely in the loop. Every week, coaches send human-written progress reports tracking real skills like confidence, creativity, and communication.
Code Journey 🌍
An AI-powered learning experience where kids travel through historical civilizations, solving real coding challenges alongside figures like Al-Khwarizmi and Al-Farabi. Technology stops being a subject and becomes an adventure rooted in their own heritage.
Our Curriculum 📚
We publish our own bilingual textbooks covering programming fundamentals, game development, web development, and entrepreneurship. All aligned with CSTA and ISTE international standards, and written with the Saudi learner in mind.
THE ROLE
🎯 Coach
This is not a teaching gig — this is a dedicated coaching role.
Weekly commitment: At least 14 hours
This includes: live coaching sessions, student office hours, and writing detailed weekly parent reports. This role requires real focus and dedication to your students — not just delivering a session and leaving.
Most important: We hire for energy and empathy first. A coach who makes kids feel seen and capable is more valuable than one with a perfect CV.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience in software development, data, or a related technical field, or a PhD in Computer Science
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
What You'll Do
You will build a genuine relationship with each child and their family. You are not just delivering a session and leaving — you are a dedicated coach shaping how a child sees themselves in relation to technology.
Live coaching sessions
Small-group (3–5 students) and 1:1 sessions where you adapt your style to each learner
Office hours
Dedicated time for students to ask questions and get extra help outside sessions
Weekly parent reports
Human-written reports tracking real skills — confidence, creativity, and communication — not just lessons completed
What We're Looking For
- High emotional intelligence — you know how to motivate a frustrated 10-year-old and keep an advanced 15-year-old challenged
- The ability to explain complex concepts simply without dumbing them down
- Prior experience teaching or mentoring children or teenagers
- A creative and research-driven mindset — you constantly explore new ways to teach
- Strong hands-on skills in programming with Python, game development, or web development
