Welcome to SohailCode. By accessing or using our website, programs, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
- Our programs are designed for children aged 7–16.
- Registration and participation must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
- By enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the child's legal guardian or have permission to act on their behalf.
2. Services Provided
SohailCode provides:
- Programming, robotics, and AI education
- Online and/or in-person classes
- Educational materials, exercises, and projects
We may modify, update, or discontinue services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide accurate registration information
- Not to misuse the platform or content
- Not to share login credentials
- Not to record, redistribute, or resell course materials without permission
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including:
- Curriculum
- Videos
- Code examples
- Branding and logos
- Digital products
are the exclusive property of SohailCode and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
5. Payments & Refunds
🎉 The first session is free — no payment or credit card required to try the service.
- The first session for every new student is completely free with no financial commitment
- Fees are communicated clearly before enrollment
- Refund policies will be stated during registration
- No refunds for missed sessions unless stated otherwise
6. Limitation of Liability
SohailCode is not liable for:
- Technical interruptions
- Learning outcomes depending on individual effort
- Indirect or incidental damages
Our services are provided "as is".
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are violated
- A student's behavior disrupts learning or safety
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
