Payments & Refunds Policy - CodeSaudi

This page explains how payment, the one-week trial, and refunds work for CodeSaudi programs.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all paid programs, levels, and courses offered by CodeSaudi, including subscriptions, standalone levels, and special programs.

You pay in full before your first session. That payment starts a one-week trial, counted from the day of your first session.

Changed your mind during that week? Tell us before it ends and we refund everything you paid, in full.

After the first week, your payment is final, and no refunds are issued from that point on.

Any specific refund conditions (if available) are clearly communicated during registration for each program.
Fees are not refunded for missed or unattended sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Exceptional or humanitarian cases may be reviewed at our sole discretion, with no legal obligation to issue a refund.
