Payments & Refunds Policy - SohailCode
How trials, payments, and refunds work for SohailCode programs.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all paid programs, levels, and courses offered by SohailCode, including subscriptions, standalone levels, and special programs.
2. First Session Trial
In some programs, we may offer a trial of the first session of a level before full enrollment is confirmed.
When the first session trial ends, no refund will be issued. No payments are refunded after the trial session has been completed.
If you choose to continue after the trial, any fees paid are considered final and subject to this policy.
3. General Refund Rules
- Any specific refund conditions (if available) are clearly communicated during registration for each program.
- Fees are not refunded for missed or unattended sessions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Exceptional or humanitarian cases may be reviewed at our sole discretion, with no legal obligation to issue a refund.
